About Me 

I am an existential psychotherapist, with a strong integrative grounding in the history and practice of psychotherapy and counselling. I have extensive experience working with trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship problems, addiction, and health related problems.


My qualifications include a BA in Human Studies from Marylhurst University  in the USA, an MA in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy and an Advanced Diploma in Existential Psychotherapy from the School of Psychotherapy and Counselling, Regent's College, London.   I also hold a diploma in Clinical Supervision.


I have been working as a pscyhotheratpist since 2009. I am registered with the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) and am a member of the Society for Existential Analysis.
